Nadia Petrova wins Tokyo Open title
Nadia Petrova defeated Agnieszka Radwanska 6-0 1-6 6-3 ti win the Pan Pacific Open 2012 title in Tokyo.
"It feels amazing," Petrova said. "It's the biggest tournament I've ever won. I never expected I would be in this position."
Petrova 'bageled' Aga in the first set, taking it with an ace down the middle to rub salt in the wounds.
Radwanska quickly recovered to send the match into the decider but Petrova produced some superb tennis to close out the win with a drive volley before sinking to her knees in delight.
